The Council of Aurora was founded during the last known year of the 'Rebellion Of Rights'. The rebellion lasted for 28 long years before the political leader decided to create a Council conceding of 8 members, and a parliament of 250 members. Though the civilians liked the idea of having a new type of government, it will wasn't good enough. The rebels decided that their violence will only stop if Lord Edwards dropped from any sort of power. Soon after his resignation of power, he was assassinated, the murderer was never found.

How Lord Edwards came to power is still unknown, but the Rebellion didn't care, or want to know. The Rebellion began with simple peaceful protests, but when many of the protest leaders disappeared, or found dead, the protests went to full blown shoot outs.
