Montezuma Base is a Rogue base located in the Cortez system. From its appearance, it looks like either a hollowed out asteroid or a space station that has become encased in ice over the years. The inhabitants of this station use it's location mainly to stage attacks upon the rich convoys of Orbital Spa and Cruise coming and going through the system.
