Mito is a shipyard secretly built by the Blood Dragons in Chugoku. The Blood Dragons use this small shipyard to maintain a small number of venerable Togo class battleships secreted away at the time of their foundation, and build their siege cruisers. Blood Dragons generally prefer to rely on strike craft, but when a mission calls for capital ship support, the ships maintained at Mito are ready to heed the call.
