Pilot carrying this ID is a member of The Council, who :
- Can trade and escort traders
- Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply
- Can hunt within Gallia : bounty hunters, mercenaries, pirates, terrorists and Gallic lawfuls
- Cannot ally with Gallic lawfuls, Gallic corporations or the Junkers
- Cannot pirate or attack any corporations or traders except in self defense or unless they carry contraband
- Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
- Cannot use any Liners except the Prison Liner
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Liners, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
