The page isn't complete yet. I've purposefully not told much about Puerto in the synopsis as every faction has a right to maintain a certain level of mystery about their faction. Also note that i've placed a link to the Neutron Star (Which page doesn't exist yet). Thisisn't a mistake, if someone doesn't make it soon i may go ahed and make it myelf.
