That's not quite correct. Osiris ''linear_drag'' is there in shiparch.ini, but it's in a different location. There are two Osiris'es in the Shiparch. The one listed here is the Vanilla one. The Discovery Osiris has the same ''linear_drag'' value and in the same place.
