Description

The Outer Project is a community of ex-convicts, exiles, social pariahs and other less fortunate, who have been drafted together under the leadership of Peter Brimstone, better known as Uncle Smelly Old Pete. Their main objective is maintaining and defending their community inhabiting Slum-City by doing business with a large variety of customers, generating income to supply the community with all commodities needed.

• Defending their goals and ambitions , in extreme cases with force.
• Maintaining peace and security around their colony barge - The Slum City.
• Scamming less favorable corporations / individuals** when the opportunity arises.
• Stealing resources / commodities from less favorable corporations / individuals when the opportunity arises.

Definitions

*lawfull and unlawfull trading in this context meaning [ToP] shall pose and operate as a normal trade company, but it will haul illegal commodities under the radar if the price is right.

**Scamming less favorable corporations / individuals in this context has nothing to do with oorp loan scams, ship purchase scams etc. It means using methods in roleplay, complying with the server rules, to fool unfortunate victims into making decisions that benefit The Outer Project

Rules of engagement

• Pilots serving the project in peaceful times are only allowed to open fire in self defense situations.
• The project refrains from openly pirating neutral/friendly corporations to maintain good public relations.
• Pirate IDed vessels are allowed with leader's permission and can open fire only after being ordered by leader.

Slum City is reconstucted Barge, which had been retrofitted to act as a colony ship.

Slum City is constanly protected by repair and defence teams, to deliver the best possible security and comfort.

fulfill special leading roles within their community.

The project is currently considering all people of interest equal and possible business partners. They are willing to negotiate with every party who wishes to do so.

The project wishes their mobile home to remain fairly isolated to maintain privacy, and intends to keep their current home-system peaceful and out of the watchful eyes of the masses.
