This is an NPC faction. For the player faction with the same name, see Template:NPC Faction (player faction).

Fill in the player faction. If there is no associated player faction just leave it blank and it will make a link that eventually will be filled.

Usage:

{{NPC faction|Liberty Navy}}

Result:
