Constructed at Yukawa Shipyards for the Kusari Naval Forces by Kishiro, the Battleship Fukoaka was commissioned 136 A.S. Despite being the popularest Kusari battleship still in active service, it has received many overhauls and upgrades over the centuries in order to remain a competitive fighting force.
