Akita Border Station is the primary outpost of the Kusari State Police in the Honshu system. It is tasked with interdicting pirates and smugglers entering Kusari space from the Sigma Border Worlds through the Hiryo Cloud. Patrols along the trade lanes are also resupplied by the station.
