Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Býro der Marineintelligenz (BDM), the Rheinland Military intelligence agency, who :

• Can destroy traders in Rheinland who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Rheinland is at war with if the trader refuses to drop all cargo and leave Rheinland. Synth Foods is exempt unless carrying contraband or embargoed war materials.
• Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply
• Cannot enter Kusari, Bretonia, Gallia or the Omicron, Sigma and Tau systems
• Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence
• Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with Rheinland unlawfuls against non-Rheinland pirate or military invasions
• Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
• Cannot trade or escort traders
• Cannot use any ships except Rheinland or Civilian line ships

Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, the Armored Transport, Gunboats

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
