Out Of Universe
Hello!
I think by necessity many things on the Wiki will need to be Out Of Universe style. For example the amount of specificized categories that you are making concerns me a little. The purpose of a wiki is for general first then specific information. If we make categories for specific information (Categories: Rheinland organisations) as opposed to (Categories: Factions) I think we run the risk of making information hard to find and to come by. Taking the Das Wilde as an example, now they are not categorized as a faction but under Rheinland organisations. At the very least they should be in both, if you want Rhienland organisations to be available, but then I would just put it under Rheinland anyway.
I don't think we want rabbit trails when someone wants to just do one or two clicks to find the info.
Good work on all the info you have input so far. It's been a hell of a lot and excellent quality. I'm just wondering if you are doing TOO much. Case in point the Category: Outcasts was only pointing to people of the Outcasts instead of everything to do with Outcasts. I changed it to be more overarching so that we can put ships, equipment and planets of the outcasts under one umbrella and easy to find category.
I want to take this discussion further with you so that we are not working at cross purposes, and so that we work together towards the same goal.
