Orbiting Planet Odessa, Mykolaiv is at the height of Coalition science, turning out new technologies at what Rheinland experts call an "alarming rate". Although small, facilities exist to produce Coalition Capital Ships, as well as repair them when damaged. The Coalition's Chief Engineer, a Rheinland defector, is renowned for both his engineering skills, and his ability to make a ship look both deadly and beautiful.
