Helmand Outpost located in Tau-31 just above Holman Outpost is owned and operated by EFL Oil and Machinery. The base serves as a Ore processing facility and storage module for EFL as well as a defensive outpost for the Gallic Royal Navy. If you wish to submit an application for permanent docking rights to the base please provide the required information listed below. We look forward to your business.
