Tori Kago (鳥かご Bird Cage), also known as Zettsu (ぜつ , born November 19th, 798 A.S.). He was born in Kusari on Planet Kyushu. His mother, Mei Kago, passed away to breast cancer at the age of 39, when Tori was three years old. His father, Jonathan Andrews, is a businessman, working for the Interspace Commerce. After his mother's death, they moved to Liberty, where Zettsu finished Varience City Information Technology College on Planet Manhattan.
Vigilantes
During his school years in Varience, Tori met Catherine Ranes, or Seraph, as was her nickname. They became friends very quickly, and after they finished college, along with a few friends they formed a group calling themselves Vigilantes. They worked in Liberty, destroying all kinds of criminal element. During his time with Vigilantes, Zettsu learned a lot about pilotage, making him one of the best and most effective bounty hunters in Liberty.
