Synopsis
Fortaleza base is probably one of the Rogues' most remote bases in Liberty. Bordering between Liberty and Rheinland space in the Humboldt system, the Rogues couldn't have picked a better nowhere to build Fortaleza. It's location was probably chosen for the single minor purpose as a hideout for some of the Rogues most endangered people. It is stationed in a virtually empty system void of any useful materials or terraforming potential. Fortaleza broadcasts a full background of the Liberty Rogues on it's information signal for some reason, adding further confusion to what the Rogues are actually doing out there.
Fortaleza sells no commodities cheaply and is in demand of almost every material from basic foodstuffs to high class weaponry.
