From Discovery Wiki
Pilot carrying this ID is a Xeno, who:
- Can trade and escort Xeno smugglers
- Can demand cargo from any non-Universal Shipping ID
- Can fulfill bounty contracts against non-Liberty IDs
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls except with Liberty lawfuls against non-Liberty pirate or military invasions
- Cannot demand credits
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Bombers
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
