Summary

The first records of the D'Ortona family state the year 732 A.S. Miguel D'Ortona is commonly considered the family founder as no previous information are available and his talent in the Cardamine business has earned the family their current place within the outcast society. While the older generations are involved into cardamine production and distribution, the younger ones have joined the outcast navy to help defending what their ancestors have achieved.

So the first members of the D'Ortona family a fresh outcast recruit would encounter would be most likely either Alessandro D'Ortona, a Captain in the 353rd Maltese Defense Fleet, or his son Nero D'Ortona, a Lieutenant-Commander in the famous 101st Ghosts of Razgriz.
