Junction Base
Junction Base is a wrecked starbase located in the remote system of Kansas. Nobody knows who built it, or why it was destroyed. Its presence in the middle of an asteroid field leaves much to speculation.
Neo-Terran involvement
The Neo-Terran Front has recently taken up residence in Kansas, and have set themselves to the task of repairing the station. They have made several backroom deals to get the necessary materials and labor to repair the station. Progress is slow, with only a few parts of the station operable. The Front is actively searching for groups to assist them with rebuilding, and guard the station zealously.
Neo-Terran operations
Since the hangar is still inoperable, most Neo-Terrans use the hangar of the NTBS-Belisarius, a Spyglass battleship that is almost perpetually moored to the station when it's not on active duty. The Belisarius is brought online to deal with any major threat that might jeopardize Junction's safety, and all travelers are advised caution. Neo-Terran regulations state that passerbys stay at least 10 kilometers from the station, unless you are depositing materials.
