Tharog Frosthearth is a Libertonian, born in 788AS. He is Assistant Director of the LCBO, and currently it's third most powerful member. He is known to more than make up for his slightly under-average fighting skills with his commanding and diplomatic capabilities.

Biography

Planet Houston, Texas, Liberty. It's there that in 788AS Tharog is born. His father was a Policeman who worked on the planet his mother was a former employee of Orbital Spa & Cruise who had worked on board a Luxury Liner. She retired from that job after she met her husband. Since not only his father, but his grandfather as well are police officers, he was destined to become one too. When he was 8 years old, they moved to Los Angeles. When he was 12 the Nomad Wars began. The news about it was scarce of course, but he wondered what was going on thus the more. After the Nomad Wars life returned to normal again, and when he was 18 he took a job. He surprisingly didn't join the LPI, but instead became a pilot for the Secondary Fleet. His life passed slowly, and then the war with Rheinland began, during the war he got in possession of the gunboat LNS Kiss Of Liberty, with which he then continued to fight the Rheinland threat. It was not long after he got the Kiss, when he met Mark Brown, at that time Chief Inspector of the Liberty Customs and Border Police Force. Mark said that they needed a commander at the LCBO and so Tharog became a Captain of the LCBO, his ship was renamed the Frozen Star. There in a short time he made it to the rank of superintendent making him one of the top guys especially for one of his still quite young age. When the LCBO changed from Police Force to Security Force he became Assistant Director.

Ranks and awards

Ranks:

Assistant Director of the Liberty Customs and Border Security Force - Only the Director and 2nd Director are above him and he has full power and may act as a representative of the LCBO.

1st SWAT Wing Commander - LCBO's 1st SWAT wing consist of the heaviest stuff they own, and he is the direct commander of it.

Capital ship registrar - Sounds like just paperwork, but it also means he and he alone can decide whether a member may get a Capital Ship or not.

Awards:

LCBO Star of Honour - The second highest award in the LCBO, only given to a few members who have worked extremely well.

LCBO Badge of Heroic Piloting - earned for his job on the destruction of a Rheinland battleship

LCBO Expeditionary Force Medal - earned for taking above-average initiative
