Hey, good to see new faces in wiki.

One word of advice though. I would not make new pages like this unless you make at least a preliminary draft and write some info to it. The reason is that after it's created it can slowly sink in the Recent Changes list and if nobody continues the article soon, then it can stay like this for a very long time. This can be an issue since we all write occasionally, or in bursts, so this can happen and has happened somewhat. It would be better not to have the badly unfinished page created (just for creation sake) so it could be found from the "needed pages".

Other than that. Welcome aboard. --Looqas 02:50, 10 October 2008 (MDT)

Scan range/Cargo scan range

I'm a little bit confused, i know what a cargo scan is (meaning, i know what i can see there), but what is a simple scan range? --Cy-one 07:45, 8 July 2010 (MDT)

The range at which you can look at the detailed wireframe of another ship, as far as I know. I think it has more to do with seeing NPC ships than PCs, because you can always select another person's ship at 10k. ~cshake (talk) (sysop) 17:03, 9 July 2010 (MDT)

Scanner images

The new scanner images as uploaded by Szemkel are great, but I would suggest removing the gradient background. --Alex 16:06, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
