Orbiting Planet Odessa, Mykolaiv is at the height of Coalition science, turning out new technologies at what Rheinland experts call an "alarming rate". While the station is small there are facilities that exist to produce Capital Ships for the Sirius Coalition, as well as repair them when damaged that Sevastopol Depot cannot repair. The Coalition's top Scientist, Doctor XiaoBei, and his highly skilled team of Engineers reside onboard the station, creating the newest generations of Coalition technology and vessels to aid the war against the Houses of the Sirius Sector.
