Personal Background
The Adolescent Years
Born on Planet Gran Canaria to parents (John Clark and Julie Haphestus) who where shipwrights working at his mothers families shipyard (mostly fighters to transports). At the age of 11 His family and others including the Alibrandi, Vance and Hayden families where offered job at the twin shipyards in the New York system in Liberty. So those families moved and the children of those families became what was known on the docks as Yard Rats, as they where on the shipyard and got everywhere like rats. The years went on and the families where moved around between Norfolk and Baltimore Shipyard as construction projects became available.
