An active Nomad city deep within the nebula. Unexplained appearances of the structure suggests it is of recent construction. Much like the "Dyson City", it it also protected by a impenetrable shield. How ever, on this one there appears to be built with a strong defence in mind: Heavily reinforced and lacks vulnerabilities of the predecessor
