The New Dawn, also known for being an internal secret organization within the Order itself, is a secret and publicly not revealed group. They are known for being the executors of the crew of the RNC Donau, and of Admiral Schultsky. They are supposed to be behind every major event that signed the existance of the Order, and how we know it today.

They have extensive networks from which they manage their funds, mostly gathered thanks to the donations of private companies and people that know about the truth. A truth in which government officials deny existance. Several corporations like Borderworld Exports, Kishiro Tecnologies, Kruger Minerals, Interspace Commerce and other related house companies are supposed to be the main income of the funds for the New Dawn.

The members belonging to this secret organization are not official, thus allowing them to work in general safeness, and their identity is secret. Rumor has it that several Order primary fleet officers have defected to the cause of the New Dawn, willing to establish a different chain of command, different from the leadership of the previous Admiral, Jack Osborne, and of the current command board. Their policy is very strict and closed. Giving only one chance to avoid confrontation, or death if the first option is not met.

They are currently displeased of the command board of the Order, and of the general state of things. They are acting from within the Order itself to gather more elements before dealing the fatal strike. Recent speculations from various Order agents are telling that they are about to strike, sooner or later, and that the surprise will be great.

This is probably self-driven propaganda of the New Dawn, to establish fear. They are known to be sided by the Bureau der Marineintelligenz, and by a small group of mercenaries, working indirectly for them. Several speculations made by the Order primary fleet and secondary alike speculated that Wedjat, Cerberus, the OSS, the TOP, and 63rd Order Expeditionary Force officers are part of the organization aswell. But unfortunately, with no proof.
