Without proper armament or crew, he tried to fly back to the nearest freeport, but the docking bay doors were jammed. He needed to manualy override the systems in oreder to get out; the problem was that the override console was in the bridge sectoin.

In the moment he saw it, he backed up and said to himself "What the hell is this?". After steering at it for minutes, he finaly accesed the console and unlocked the doors.
