Wichita is almost fully covered with a vast ocean that contains primitive life forms. Liberty scientists are currently preparing an expedition to survey the planet's ocean more thoroughly. Colonial expeditionary vessels have been spotted in the area, openly assisted by the resident faction, the Neo-Terran Front. The Front shows no interest in colonizing the planet, but seem to use it as a bartering chip.
