Synopsis
Quebec is a system in a chain of systems that serve as an alternative route from Liberty to Rheinland. But due to recent military occupation by the Liberty Navy; as a result of the conflicts with Rheinland; it has been turned into a warzone. Multiple Rheinland and Liberty vessel wrecks are adrift in the system due to recent clashes between the two houses.
Because of the concentrated attention of the Liberty Navy within Quebec, any oppertunity for pirates and unlawfuls to expand into the system are thwarted until the war settles into calmer sircumstances.
