The largest Outcast base in Omicron Eta, the Siracusa is located not far from the jump hole into Omicron Alpha. Once a safe haven and a profound ship engineering facility that housed lots of Outcast civilians, Siracusa has now become a dangerous place to live in due to constant Corsair threat.
