The Shrine is a nomad base in an Unknown system. Many people of Sirius that hates war are here. they live peacefully in the shrine. for example, the Outcast Alexa and the Corsair Romano live together in the base, but they are not fight at each other. a rare thing that a Corsair and Outcast are friends. many are saying "the base are heaven, we could befriend anyone, no matter the factions or nationality. if you want peace, come here to this heaven."
