Ships new to Discovery

The list of ships that are new in Discovery certainly does not belong into the Ships category as descriptive text.

If you look at the pages Fighters, Freighters, etc., you'll notice that they are split into stock and Discovery lists. Each ship new to discovery that has a page will have the 'Discovery content' Category set. I think that this list should be merged into those ship types pages.

I certainly agree. That's why the list is temporary. It might help us to determine what pages are yet to be made for the ships. I do think that we need this list somewhere but don't know yet where to put it. It doesn't seem to fit any of the current locations. The problem with not having the list is that new players dont know what IS the new ships. The Discovery Content category will have all ships as all ships have been changed in some way (for example the Defender - the only thing that has changed is the selling location - effectively the same ship as in Vanilla FL. --Chovynz 11:19, 19 May 2008 (GMT)

I think that the turret on the Discovery Defender is class 2 instead of class 4, actually. But I'm not dure and I don't currently have the chance to check it.

If you think that it's important and you don't think that it's viable to check the 5 Ship categories pages (fighters, freighters, transports, bombers, capital ships) - which are split by discovery/original freelancer already - then we could make a page for that. Might be a bit overkill, though.

Minor edits

Please only set the minor edit flag for your edits when they are indeed minor, for example if you just fixed a link, added a link without changing the text, fixed typos / spelling / grammar etc..

If you add or delete something, please do not set the minor edit flag, that's misleading.

Thanks. I wasn't sure. I presume you're talking about the "Is anyone getting lag?" bit in ooRP?
