Pilot carrying this ID is a Xeno, who:

• Can trade and escort Xeno smugglers
• Can demand cargo from any non-Universal Shipping ID
• Can fulfill bounty contracts against non-Liberty IDs
• Cannot ally with any lawfuls except with Liberty lawfuls against non-Liberty pirate or military invasions
• Cannot demand credits

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Bombers

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
