Shuri Base, Okinawa
Taro Katsuo, being one of the five Guild Masters of the Gas Miners Guild had ordered and supervised the construction of Shuri Base. The station now serves as the main headquarters for the Katsuo no Seibyou, as well as for Taro Katsuo himself.
Shuri Base is also used as a local drop-off point for the Helium-3 miners spread around the system. There, the precious gas is prepped and awaits transports to haul it off-site into the rest of Sirius. Taro Katsuo handles any docking requests.
The Stone Bros Ltd/GmbH holds an office and module slots on Shuri Base, after a leasing agreement had been signed by Executive Director Sean Stone and Guild Master Taro Katsuo.

1.1 Gas Mining Guild (GMG) Territorial Laws are supreme law within GMG sovereign space.
1.2 GMG sovereign space is defined in the Zone of Influence section of GMG Resource data base.
2. Crimes
2.1 Piracy is not tolerated in GMG Territory.
Ships suspected of committing piracy will be escorted to the nearest exit from GMG space.
Ships proven guilty of committing piracy will be executed.
2.2 The following items are considered contraband, and possession of these items are illegal:
Artifacts, Cardamine, Liquid Cardamine, Slaves, Black Market Munitions..
2.3 The following items are restricted for export through GMG systems:
Premium Scraps bound for Outcast or Corsair space
2.4 Pilots associated with the following group(s) are banned from GMG Territory due to their crimes against the Guild and/or its allies, and are to be classified as criminals:
Kruger Minerals
Outcasts
Corsairs
Hogosha
Farmers Alliance
AI ships
GMG pilots are authorized to use deadly force to eliminate criminals in GMG Territory and in space there treaties with exceptions exist. Harbouring of these criminals is a crime.
2.4 Pilots associated with the following group(s) are banned from GMG stations:
Samura Industries, and its subsidiaries.
3. Fines
3.1 GMG pilots have the option to fine transgressors, confiscate illegal cargo, or both depending on the situation. Your fine will depend on your ship class and the cargo you carry:
Fighters and Bombers will be fined 1,000,000 credits.
Freighters will be fined 1,500,000 credits.
Gunboats and Gunships will be fined 2,000,000 credits.
Transports will be fined between 3,000,000 and 5,000,000 credits.
GMG pilots may add to or subtract from these listed fines if they find it necessary to do so.
3.2 Refusal to cooperate with GMG pilots will immediately mark you as a hostile target and you will be executed at the discretion of the GMG pilot.
3.3 If you successfully resist arrest or refuse to pay a fine, your name will be added to GMG bounty board at the discretion of the GMG pilot.
4. Spacecraft Directives
4.1 The following ship classes are prohibited from entering GMG Space without prior permission from one of the five active Guild Masters or Paramilitary Commander of GMG:
Destroyers, Cruisers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Dreadnaughts, Carriers.
Zoners are excluded from this restriction.
4.2 Foreign police or military ID'd vessels are only allowed inside GMG Territory under the following conditions:
They are invited by a GMG Paramilitary pilot. There are treaties where exceptions exist.
They may be escorted at the discretion of the GMG pilot.
4.3 Private police forces are not recognized, condoned, nor desired.
4.4 Construction of non-GMG Space Stations are prohibited unless prior authorization by one of the five active Guild Masters.
Space Stations denying access to GMG| vessels will immediately be considered as illegitimate constructs.
First posts are fine in my opinion.
You could format and make sure its shiny as time goes by, but thats actually not high priority.
I like it that you have used several posts , and not one long chain.
I would suggest adding a linked up list of topics in the first post, like I did in the first post in the Havens thread. Saves you all that scrolling.
Also : the section 7 : GMG TERRITORY LAWS
That one needs a bit of formatting to be easily readable.
That all so far, but I will come back with feedback from time to time.
