Raid report:
A strike force of the HFGB Silverfire, the HFGB Mentu, the HFGB Daniel Nance, and the fighters piloted by Recruit Debian, Recruit Hellz, and Pilot Stratos attacked Planet California Minor, damaged several Military Outposts. Engaged an LSF fighter above planet. Target was quickly destroyed.
As the rubble from the fight fell to the planet, the LSF Cruiser Law showed up on scanners. Law was quickly destroyed. At this point, a fighter piloted by "Rogue.63" joined our force, and the Corsair from the OPG showed up.
The South Alliance fighter was next. Decimated within seconds.
The Legion, unfortunately, suffered a loss of it's own to a BSG bomber. The Legion fighter Stratos was damaged, and the pilot was forced to eject. The HFGB Mentu picked him up.
We turned our sights on the bomber to avenge Stratos (Who had successfully ejected and been picked up by the HFGB Mentu), when the BSG flagship, the Galactica, appeared. This was a particular hatred of mine - The Galactica was the first ship to ever damage the Silverfire in combat badly enough for it to force it to retreat. It vanished as quickly as it came, and far more violently. LSF fighter Justice also was destroyed in the crossfire.
We then turned our attention on Hades, who also fell. We noticed a considerable lack of skill on the part of the BSG pilots.
A rather bone-headed BSG bomber then fell. It is interesting to note that he spent the entire time chasing the Daniel Nance around in circles, and didn't hit it once. The BSG, South Alliance, and LSF do not know how to handle gunboats.
Finally, a BSG Albatross was taken down, and victory was ours. The Albatross, the Minotaur, did not live up to it's name at all. It merely sat there as we all sat behind it shooting it. It barely hit any of us, and even then did minimal damage. Remember, we were standing completely still.
Also, the Corsair fled after the battle. We pursued for a while, then decided that he was not worth it. Besides, he was running right for the LSF recruit... why should we stop our enemies from destroying each other for us?
