EFL Oil and Machinery is a Gallic megacorporation that specialises in fuel production and manufacturing. Originally founded to corner the Hydrocarbon market early in Gallia's history, EFL went on to absorb nearly all of its competitors, including tech giant Solar Engineering. EFL is responsible for the design and construction of Gallia's Jump Gate and Trade Lane network, as well as many of the ships and weapons used in the Gallic invasion of Sirius. As the war drew down, EFL began to expand into Sirius proper, constructing the first non-Ageira gates and lanes in Sirius on Rheinland's behalf in 825 AS.

Java Station Our refueling post on this station was finished in late 754 AGS, almost a full year before the Navy's glorious invasion. These miners were smart to cooperate before that time, if they had opposed Gallia, our Navy would have blasted this base into oblivion. We maintain a refueling moor here for any Gallic shipping vessels in the area. Gallic Navy patrols use it too on occasion, especially if they have seen action against the Outcasts. It's the closest Gallic fuel depot to Kusari and Outcast space in this part of Sirius. The miners here have given us tours of this facility per our request. Much of this station was built using Bretonian engineering principles, which isn't surprising. Studying this operational base helps us to learn how Sirian base systems work, lessons we can then apply in repairing the stations we have captured.
