An advanced and heavily-reinforced variant of the Core Destroyer, the Bullhead is used for major combat deployments that involve countering enemy Capital Ships. This ship's hull can withstand the fire of heavy Battleship weaponry, and an advanced energy supply provides for impressive firepower. However, due to its reduced manoeuvrability, the Battlecruiser can be vulnerable to enemy Bombers, and so it rarely takes to the battlefield without its own fighter escort.
Handling
- This ship is too large to use docking bays, it must use mooring points.

Review (4.86)
Date: 5th of August, 2012. The Bullhead(to me) is an amazing ship. Being a fan of the Battle-cruiser class I had been looking for a battlecruiser that would be powerful, yet not slow, clunky and huge. The Bullhead delivered it! This ship amazes me in what it can do. This beast goes along the line of what most bounty-hunter guild ships do: low armor, compensated with high firepower. (All of its turrets can fire forward, while 10 of the turrets can fire backwards. The ones that can't fire backwards are two heavy cruiser turrets, 7 and 8. It also goes along the shape most BHG ships do: hard to hit from forward, backwards, top and bottom, while easy to hit from the side. Do NOT let the lower hull and lower cargo space fool you, this ship is excellent at long range, and does best while firing forwards and backwards, particularly because that's when its hard to be hit. However, the firepower on it allows you to go in guns-blazing as well, but don't forget to KEEP THE ENEMYS AWAY FROM YOUR SIDES. Seriously, that's a huge weak-spot. One last awesome thing about this ship is the extra thruster speed that you get, compared to the LABC and the Kusari Battlecruiser. This comes in handy when you're trying to get away from killer Battleships. The only real problem I have with this ship is its agility. I would expect a bounty-hunter ship to be much more agile, as most are. Another annoyance is getting the BHG Core to tolerate you to get it. However, other than these two pet-peeves, I highly recommend this ship. Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Review by Silverleaf81 |
