The Autonomous Department of Management and Interstellar Navigation is an organization shrouded in mystery. Some believe they are gods, others believe they are remnants of the Daam K'Vosh, what they truly are is something else. Custodians of reality. They keep the power of single individuals in check, so Order in the sector is kept, and the universe doesn't degrade into many enormously powerful beings fighting each other and utterly destroying the weak, and eventually themselves.

Though the power the A.D.M.I.N.S. wield themselves is incredible. According to reports, they have the ability to move about at will and kill people with a thought, which leads some to believe they are Daam K'Vosh remnants. The conventional systems on there ships are also of great power. The shields seem to be able to take a full on Heavy Mortar shot with barely a dip in power, and the conventional weapons are able to blast a dreadnought class ship in half with a single shot. Why the A.D.M.I.N.S. don't use this power for themselves is unknown, they only seem to "weed out" the dangerous individuals that wield great power, such as having stolen a battleship. These individuals also seem to often be infected with Lawl's Syndrome and "Space Madness", believing life is only a game to kill people in. The individuals also seem to have other advanced technology in their possession, such as engines that go much faster than conventional drives.
