A newly constructed installation, Bochum was hastily thrown together by Kruger in an effort to help legitimize Rheinland operations and authority in Sigma-15. While the rapid funding and construction of the facility has thrown expected efficiency and budgets off by some margin. Bochum is fully operational, and slowly being brought up to speed processing minerals from nearby Hammersee. Serving as both a Refinery as well as a stop over point for Rheinland Military forces heading deeper into the Sigmas, Bochum has already become a location of strategic importance.
