DSCore: Dorado

The second ship in OSC's new lineup, the Dorado fills the role of a short range passenger ferry, transporting considerable amounts of commuters, tourists or vacationers between systems on moderate comfort. What is quite unusual is the noticeable lack of luxury, both in living space and in decor which is more akin to the stylings of second class accommodations.

Thankfully the flair of OS&C is retained in the Dorado's most striking feature, the Starlight Lounge, a tastefully decorated seating area placed below two huge arching windows that offer lucky passengers a journey like no other. The unexpected popularity of the Lounge has spurred OS&C into adopting several Dorados as liner-based tour ships, promising customers spectacular views of the cosmos guaranteed to evoke a child-like wonder of stargazing in the most seasoned spacefarers.
