Little is known of the history of Fletch, but first reported sightings of him occurred in Coronado. A group of freelancers hauled him in with a bunch of scrap from a battlefield. What appeared to be the remains of Fletch's ship and a dozen or more Liberty Navy fighters was found with his battered escape pod being all that remained. It is said he recalls none of his past, and bears the name 'Fletch' due to it being sewn into his flight jacket, at the time he was found.
