Fukuoka System

The Fukuoka system was a lesser known, out of the way system based in Kusari space. Due to it's position, the Kusari State Police attepted to use this system in 817 A.S. to set up a base to find a secret route to a criminal system in the Dark Matter Nebula, such as rumors of systems like Cassini and Alabama. However, the jump holes to this system destabilized, and the police instead took opporitunity in another system bordering the nebula, named Oita.
