A relatively small gas planet with no useful resources. The LPI Sugarland prison ship and recycling operation orbits nearby, dumping much of its Toxic Waste into the planet's gravitational well. Every criminal on Sugarland sees blue when waking up; for those labelled NCR, blue and grey will be all there is to see ever again.
