Hanoi is a medium sized Gas Giant, composed of substational quantities of methane and a fair amount of Helium-3, which lends to its cyan hue. Since both are more easily extracted from the free floating clouds of the Crow, the prospect of syphoning off those from the atmosphere is impracticle. Caution is advised when approaching the area, as Farmers Alliance vessels are frequently sighted patrolling from here.
