About myself

I've played Freelancer day in and out back then, I remembered how fascinating this game was. Now that I stumbled upon it again, I found out that there are a lot of mods out there, this project being one of them. I've read about the Discovery Mod and i'm really looking forward to try it out.

Since I really like roleplaying, I decided to help this project out by helping managing the Wiki, the description sites, categories, and I'll make screenshots for pages that don't have one yet.

My favorite ships are the Border Worlds' Dromedary freighter (Lane Hackers) and the Rheinland Gunboat. But seeing that for the first i'll always have to have 1 cardamine on board and knowing that for the second to get it'll take a LONG time, i'll probably end up buying another ship.

Reading the description about the player factions left me a bit undecided. In single player mode, I was big buddies with the lane hackers, but I preferred to play grey. Or i'll just see where I end up in Discovery, until Level 40 I can be civilian. :)

For the records, I signed up both here on the wiki and on the forums on 2009-06-22.
