The Cape Wrath asteroid was hollowed out in 811 A.S., to help the Outcasts create a solid foothold in Bretonia. They wanted a base to launch attacks against the [[Gaians]] and the [[IMG]], while being close to both the IMG base and busy trade routes for supplies.
