The Bayonet, as it has come to be known, has been developed by the Lane Hackers for almost two decades. Blending traditional Borderworld ship technologies with newly devised Lane Hacker ones it brings an exquisite mixture of firepower, armor and speed to the battlefield. This "jack of all trades", unlike others of it's class, is a master of them as well.
True to its Hacker origins the vessel's oversized heatsinks play host to a dizzying array of sensitive electronic surveying and splicing equipment. Allowing it to maintain the role of a dedicated gatherer, and obstructer, of intelligence while its more combat orientated brethren dominate the battlefield.
