These machines are able to perform a variety of agricultural tasks using limited artificial intelligence and automation. From planting and cultivating, to harvesting, they replace both field workers and supervisors, allowing minimal human labor to bring products from seed to dinner table. Labor shortages due to wars and conscription have made replacing human labor a priority for corporate agricultural operations, adding to the outrage of dissident groups in Kusari and Rheinland. RoboCultivars are produced in a joint venture between Synth Foods and Kishiro Technologies.
