Re-established as a facility run by several Freelancers, the base is freely open to all groups. Once the contract between Junkers and ALG to clean up and salvage of the Sigma-13's debris of the 80-year-war was concluded, the facility that was once Yanagi Deopt had fulfilled its purpose and was abandoned by the Junker Organizations and handed over to the largest bidder. Now it remains a supply depot to both Criminals and Lawful's alike using the exterior parts of Sigma-13 to either launch attacks on unsuspecting trade lane victims or restocking on essentials needed for long journeys through hidden Jumphole networks.
