Origins
Mildra Marte's family had always admired the devotion of the Gaians towards nature preservation. Their teachings had sparked ides that were not really tolerated by the bretonian law and young Mildra had to abandon school after several incidents with other children that were "stupid royalists" or "BMM slaves". Her parents wanted her to finish her studies and the Gaians offered the possibility. She used different identities to attend public schools and universities, then she got hired by topography institute on Planet New London. She had a pretty good life until the authorities discovered her connection with the Gaian terrorists. She was warned and had time to leave the planet. She headed straight for Manchester and established herself on Holmfirth Base, planning...
Evolution
With numerous Gaian groups raising and falling, she wasn't convinced that they could change anything and refused to join as an active member. Instead she developed all kinds of plans and schemes, nothing more and nothing less than terrorists attacks. Unfortunately her plans were brought to a stop when a BMM subsidiary started building a station close to Holmfirth. She had to stop them so she took her first lessons of fighter piloting and harassed the workers. She was still a rookie and her attacks were inefficient. That's when a new Gaian group appeared above all. She applied, asking for their help. The Watchers accepted her in their ranks and since then they're doing everything they can to protect the natural resources of Bretonia.
Madness
Mildra became obsessed with the idea that Planet Gaia is a physical representation of goddess Gaia. She believes that Gaia is the one and true God that made everything in the Universe. However, the unexpected evolution of mankind is now threatening Gaia herself. She believes that Gaia came up with a plan to stop this. Two very distinct groups, her loyal servants: The Watchers and the Guardians. That's right, she strongly believes that the Nomads are actually Guardians of Gaia and that both them and humans were created by Gaia. She intends to research the origins of life and prove that humans and nomads evolved from the same primordial cell. For that, Mildra wants to launch a major project that will last for decades. She wants to kickstart it. Phase one will be the establishment of a base on Planet Gaia. The labs there will research the evolution on life on this planet. Phase two will most probably involve the study of artifacts and nomads. And finally, for phase three, Mildra believes that a trip back to the Solar System will be necessary.
Das Wilde
It was strange for the Nomads to target a member of a small terrorist organization such as the Gaians. What possible influence they could have on Sirius politics? Yet, they infected Mildra and now they got plans for her. From her recent actions, she's about to drag the Gaians in conflict with parties that have been neutral or even friendly until now. They hope that her actions will destabilize the Bretonian underground world before her real nature is revealed. Mildra's actions since her infection included attempts of assassination against Bretonian Armed Forces officers, misleading information sent to Gallic Royal Navy fleets and even attempts to break the non-aggression stance towards the Mollys. As long as the other Gaians don't start asking questions, she's able to do accomplish her plan.
Relations
Mildra Marte hasn't really had the time to love. She never thought on having a relation with anyone. From the other gaians, Flora is her best friend.
