Omega-50 System

Omega 50 has been a connecting system and an alternative passage for distressed pilots who can't reach the Dublin <-> Omega 49 jump hole in those systems for a long while. But it's only recently been populated by Zoners who saw a new untouched, peaceful part of space to settle in. But eager to track the zoner's every move, the Corsairs soon discovered the systems tactical importance in their plans to advance into Bretonia. Before long they'd settled on Mindelo Base, now considered to be one of the most safe and secure places for a Corsair in the Omegas.

Since then the Zoners have installed two stations within the system to populate their peace-seeking populations all over sirius. The Bretonian Government have taken note of the system but show no further interest in it's inhabitants. Frequent attacks upon convoys and smugglers of all backrounds in this system suggest the Phantoms or some other Terrorist organisation may have a presence here.
